Main Impeller & Drive:
The impeller is driven by a dual-speed 750/5000 synchronous TEFC motor, coupled with a worm reduction gearbox. It provides uniform mixing at the center and bottom of the bowl, while a specially designed bearing housing supports in-place washing, prevents leakage, and ensures longer gearbox life.
Chopper:
The chopper operates with a dual-speed TEFC motor (1440/2800 RPM) and a 4-blade stainless steel impeller. Horizontally mounted, it ensures efficient granulation and consistent particle size.
Discharge Port:
The discharge port is mounted parallel to the bowl with a vertical sliding opening operated by a pneumatic cylinder, allowing controlled and smooth discharge.
Mounting:
The machine is mounted on a sturdy MS channel frame housing the drive assembly at the bottom, with the bowl positioned on top. An SS staircase, safety railings, and a partially SS dimpled platform are provided. The area beneath the bowl and the entire body are covered with SS panels for operator safety and hygiene.
Main Panel:
The main control panel is pre-wired and ready for electrical connection, equipped with MCCB and relays. All wiring is clearly numbered for easy identification and maintenance.

- Fanner taper lock pulley on main drive to reduce vibration and better transmission efficiency.
- Main Bearing Housing provided with 3 nose Oil Seals and sleeve to minimize powder leakages/cross-contamination.
- Chopper motor with built-in S.S. shaft to eliminate roller, and bearings and reduce maintenance.
- The main panel is provided with pressure switch control for the proper functioning of the machine at the desired pressure of air only to prevent powder entry into the impeller and eliminate jamming of impellers.
- The circuit is provided with interlock contactors so that the chopper cannot operate directly, or independently.
- Discharge plunger provided with 3 position solenoid valves to open and close at desired levels, thereby regulating the discharge and preventing discharge of large lumps.
- The pneumatic circuit is provided with a nonreturn valve and water inlet. /Outlet connections to facilitate washing of the main impeller assembly without dismantling, to facilitate faster changeover.
