Design Features:-

  • Capacity Up to 50 litres – 10000 Litres batch blenders, Complete Untouched Process
  • All wetted Parts are made from SS316/316 L Quality Material, All Pipelines are seamless & internally Electro-Polished, and Sugar Charging is Done Under a Vacuum. All transfers are completed under Vacuum.
  • The sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are provided with limpet coils for heating and cooling and are intended with an internal vacuum to facilitate the transfer of sugar directly from stores to the sugar syrup vessel.
  • The entry of all propeller agitators is from the bottom, through an especially planned mechanical seal.
  • Organization Qualification Documents like DQ, FAT, IQ & OQ Protocols
  • PLC-based Mechanization System as per 21 CFR Part 11 (Optional)
  • The benefits of the bottom propeller agitator over conventional agitators are that it contains no vibrations in the shaft and no coupling in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance costs.
  • Inline filters to confirm filtration. Inline Homogenizer is provided for production suspensions, with recirculation
  • Transfer Pumps are provided to transfer ready products to the filling line.
